Acupuncturist, Author, Facilitator

Individual Acupuncture, Workshops and Programs

Nature guides us if we pay attention. Jennifer Downs takes this statement to heart inspired by her 40-year career in Chinese medicine, a system based on natural cycles. She sees the principles of nature illuminate the way forward into one of the most essential periods of life, the years over fifty and stretching to our last breath. Walking the path with thousands of people over the years she notes what details make a difference in the turn towards healing and applies them to her practice and to herself. As she further digests and assimilates these observations, she invites others to reap their own and to find best ways to apply what they find. Jennifer loves her one-on-one work in acupuncture for people of all ages.

Wake up to your wisdom. Embrace your life.

What people are saying:

Exploring Jung’s seven tasks is a portal to making sense of what one experiences in the second half life. It helps provide direction and support for what can be unsettling and frightening. Jennifer is a true healing presence throughout the process
— Dr. Paul Mazeroff - Professor of Psychology at McDaniel College
The Tools and Tasks program impacted me on many levels both personally and professionally. It enabled me to take the time for myself to review and reflect upon my life but with the wonderful benefit of sharing my stories, thoughts and feelings with others in a safe and compassionate environment.
